Must Have Essential Oil Books

Over the years I have purchased my share of essential oil resources.  Some I reach for over and over again while others I haven’t reached for again.  In the world of technology it is easy to find oily information but I still find value in having a book to refer back to.

Below are some of my must have books.  I didn’t purchase these all at once.  Hopefully you will find a resource that you will want to add to your collection to help you along your journey.

Quick Reference Guide for Using Essential Oils is my go to when something comes up.  It provides me with the information I need to reach for the right oil.  If you are replacing your medicine cabinet with essential oils you will want to have this resource.

Jen O’Sullivan’s French Aromatherapy Essential Oil Recipes & Usage Guide is simply amazing.  If you want to know more about the science aspect of essential oils this book is for you.  I have learned so much from this book.  Are you into making rollerball recipes?  She shares several must haves on top of other DIY recipes.  I reach for this book a lot and I am sure it will become a favorite of yours too.

Hello Glow has become a staple in my kitchen.  I know that sounds kinda funny to keep this book in my kitchen but that’s where I create all my DIY projects.  I have made so many amazing recipes from this book.  I bought this book after realizing the majority of the items I was using in our bathroom was toxic.  I wanted to be more in control and have the gratifying feeling that I am making a difference in our home by making everyday products.  Guess what, my husband even uses the Stress-Melting Body Butter that I make from this book.  If are wanting to swap out your current bathroom products for DIY recipes this book is for you.

Since I loved Hello Glow so much I ordered Essential glow and I was pleasantly surprised it did not disappoint.  It covers a wide selection of oils and provides ways to use these essential oils in your home, beauty, and wellness.  It opens your eyes on all the ways you can use your essential oils.  The pictures in this book will make you want to make everything.

Essential Oils Natural Remedies is a great resource to have.  This book spells everything out for you, which I love.  I like when all the information is right there and you don’t have to look somewhere else.

Oil + Glass is my coffee table book.  I love how this book looks and of course the information inside is even better.  This book references Young Living Essential Oils which I love.  Using essential oils is one thing, knowing how they are created is why I use Young Living Essential Oils.  They have a seed to seal process that is simply amazing.  This books has 6 sections that provides DIY recipes.  This book also makes the perfect gift to give the oily person in your life.
